Late check out is possible if hotel occupancy permits, no later than until 1:00 pm in an additional fee 20,00 €/room. While staying after 1:00 pm at the day of your check out you will be automaticly charged an additional night.
Cancellation fees

Your booked and prepaid stay can be canceled up to two days prior to arrival.
Cancellation fee upon cancellation less than two days prior to arrival is 70% of the amount paid for the entire stay (the amount paid for the entire stay means total price of booked stay). -
In case of cancellation of package stays and discounted stays paid in advance, there is no possibility of returning the paid payment per stay. Gift vouchers and coupons can only be used within their validity. Validity of gift vouchers and coupons can not be extended.
Cancellation fee for the cancelation of stays during Christmas, New Year´s Eve and Easter less than 7 days prior to arrival is 100 % of the price of booked stay.
